    Google Merchant Center says that your plugin never fixed the issue so they cannot assist until you fix it.

    Hi @joyryde,

    I’ve found other cases with the same issue and opened a Github report for our developers to look into it. In the meantime,?a workaround is to set up a rule to change “lbs” to “lb” in GMC to fix this for the time being. You can follow the github issue for more details?here.

    Thank you, I knew this was not an issue with our website and that it needed to be resolved within the plugin. We do not understand how to create a rule to fix this issue as there is no detailed explanation, only the generic Google help docs.

    I knew this was not an issue with our website and that it needed to be resolved within the plugin.

    Our dev already prepared a fix that’s are waiting for review: https://github.com/woocommerce/google-listings-and-ads/pull/2389

    We do not understand how to create a rule to fix this issue as there is no detailed explanation, only the generic Google help docs.
