API Error

I noticed that I haven’t had any WooCommerce subscribers for a couple of months so I resync’d the plugin. It looks like it’s connected, but sync status just says “running” for a long time. I also received this error:
Mailchimp says: API Request Error – on 1970 in /home/customer/www/xxx.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/includes/api/class-mailchimp-api.php
How can I fix this?
