    Hi there,

    I am using the latest version of this plugin and am getting the following error in the logs.

    “There was an error trying sync products using the Catalog Batch API. You are calling a deprecated version of the Ads API. Please update to the latest version”

    Could somebody advise on how to get past this? I assume it is on the plugins side that hasn’t updated their API.

    I understand that you are getting an error during your product sync.

    I found a similar issue discussed on this thread https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/products-not-syncing-12/ Could you check it out and see if it resolves the issue. The newest version of the product catalog batch API is v.14.

    If the issue persists, please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
