Hi, I updated the WP Go Map plug in today, from the old to the new, and now my Upload/import function for stockists will not work. I either get an API Expired Error (have tried new API and also refreshed API), and sometimes it fails immediately, sometimes it imports 50 records and then fails with the API Expire message.

Secondarliy, when attempting to set up the API Restrictions as per the guide linke din the plug in, I receive the error message “Request denied – API keys with referer restrictions cannot be used with this API.”. I have also tried setting up the secondary API with IP restrictions, but that also fails.

Edit, the first API Expire issue seems to have fixed itself, but not the Referrer Restrictions error. I would obviously not want the API completely open, but the plug in no longer seems to allow Web or IP restrictions.

    help please!

    Hi @rudlisi,

Thank you for getting in touch, and my apologies for the trouble experienced. The plugin does support both types of keys, however, for importing some additional configuration may be required.

Unfortunately, as this thread is directly related to our Pro add-on (importer), I will need to ask that you reach out to us on our website for further assistance.

Under the www.ads-software.com guidelines, these forums are reserved for the basic (free) version of our plugin and we are not allowed to provide support for the premium add-ons.

With that said, if you contact us directly, someone from my team will gladly assist you in getting this resolved.

Note: As per the www.ads-software.com guidelines, this thread must be closed and marked as resolved as it does not directly affect our basic code structure, and therefor may not be supported here.
