API – is it possible to post a log description for each interaction?

    Hi!

    I’m using the api /create_customer with Formidable Forms.

    I can send name, last, email and so on … but I also want to send the message so the content would be logged. And instead of “API Action fired to update contact” I would get the form content.

    Is it possible to push this data to JetpackCRM via API?

    Your question about is not related to Jetpack CRM’s built-in features or functionality and we also don’t have any extension for Formidable Forms, so we cannot provide help on this. If you need further help, I recommend looking somewhere like Fiverr, or Upwork for an experienced WordPress developer who may help you with this issue.

    On a side note, we have extensions for other forms like Contact Form 7 (support document) and Gravity Forms (support document), which can also help you to achieve what you are looking for with Jetpack CRM, so you may try these as an alternative for Formidable Forms.
