I have created a website on WordPress managed by Woocommerce, the website will be selling online driving courses, but the courses will be provided by another company.

The courses company gave me API keys, two of them one is normal and the other is secret. My problem is that I don’t know where I should paste those keys in order for my clients when they purchase the course gets routed to the other courses website.

I have installed stripe plugin as well, and tried to figure out where I can paste that keys also couldn’t find it. I did contact stripes technical support, and they said that I should be contacting you guys because my website is managed by your platform (as you can see in the attached screenshot)

I went to your website to speak with the technical team, unfortunately your chat bot said there’s no agents available and I should book a meeting with you guys, so I did but the problem is the first meeting is going to be on Next Thursday, and I don’t have that time I need to start my business. It would be very appreciated if you can guys help me out routing my clients after purchasing the courses from my website to the other website where the courses are actually are.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey @maddendarwich,

    Thanks for contacting WooCommerce support!

WooCommerce.com does not offer any way to book appointments with the support team. If no agents are available in chat then a ticket will automatically be opened on your behalf. Could you let us know where you saw the message relating to booking a meeting?

API keys offer a way to communicate with a third-party service from your website and access data (Like courses), however, it’s not possible to simply add the API Keys to WooCommerce or other software without that third-party service having a specific integration. I recommend contacting the company who are offering the courses that gave you the API keys and asking them specifically about integrating the service with WooCommerce as they may have other options available for you.

    Hi @maddendarwich!

We checked this further about the appointment you have mentioned, and it looks like you contacted another team, but any support issue can be handled here.

As mentioned earlier, for assistance getting Stripe set up on your store, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread so we can keep track of what’s already been done.

As further assistance is to be provided via a support ticket, I’ll go ahead and mark this thread closed here.

Feel free to create a new topic if you have other questions related to core WooCommerce.
