api key and login issues – install via startlogic

Hello – 1st of all thanks for any help. I’d kindly ask that advice such as “consult startlogic” since they blatantly sent me here for any help with wordpress.

I’m trying to get a plug-in going which requires an api key. I’m not sure if one was ever mailed to me since I installed it via startlogic. The blog address is https://kmtrio.com/KMBlog/

I read the tutorial posted by Otto and also the api support page given by WordPress.com. I have not figured out how to get to my “personal settings”, there is no “my account” button on the top of my screen.

Still worse – when I try to aquire my key via the given link:
https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-user-settings
it tells me my user name is invalid. Username works fine when I login from my blog to admin.
