    I didn’t receive api key and cannot obtain a new one. I might have pressed confirmation button without entering email address during setup.
    In the dashboard I get a message “BruteProtect is almost ready. You must enter your BruteProtect API key for it to work. Obtain a key for free.” When I click the “obtain the key” link it takes me to configuration page, where I have an information that BruteProtect is working, but the api key field is blank.
    I have sent debug info earlier today, site is schlosser.com.pl

    Hello,

    It is possible that your site is having trouble talking to our API.

    Try sending us a debug report by clicking the ‘Debug’ link at the bottom of your BruteProtect configuration page in your WordPress dashboard. Then click the ‘Send Report’ button.

    Reply here with your site’s URL when you’ve sent it, and I’ll let you know what I find.

    I received the report.

    When your server tries to contact our server via cURL, we get
    error:0D0890A1:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_verify:unknown message digest algorithm

    This usually is evidence that your server is running an older version of openSSL.

    Please inform your server admin or hosting company of the error above, and to upgrade openSSL.
