• Hi there, I also have the same issue as a previous user, I have registered for an API key and got the email to show I had succeeded but it doesn’t appear on the site – the API key field appears blank after saving. I have pages etc in the queue but none of them appear to be connecting and processing. Should the API key show a greyed out or xxx’d version once it’s registered.
    If it helps I have not used an email from the site’s domain but a generic gmail I use for plugin registrations. Would that be an issue?

    Hello, and thanks for notifying us about this. We can’t reproduce the behavior you described, therefore we need more details to get this debugged:

    • the API key you mention, was just created after installing the ShortPixel Critical CSS plugin? Have you used the link from the plugin settings to generate the API key?
    • can you please check the browser console when saving the API key and tell me if you see any errors? If yes, can you please add a screenshot here (using a service like imgur.com)?
    • can you also try with another browser, as maybe there are some browser extensions interfering with the saving process?

    Hi Pedro, thanks for the reply. I haven’t got a chance to get back to this right now. But I do intend to. I tried with another browser (Opera) and got the same error. There were some console errors but I didn’t have time to screenshot – I will I promise. Meanwhile this is just to say keep this open please, I do mean to work on it.
