API Key Problem

I have the same issue. I’ve already have a billing account attached to my project with my API. It shows up in the “Create” section. But as soon as you go to the webpage, the link is broken. I seriously need this resolved ASAP.

but it is still saying Development Mode only

Maybe after a while, it working, sometimes Google takes time to make an effect.
