First I tried “Obtain API key automatically (default) and got the message below:

Server synchronisation did not complete: Error – Maximum number of Domain API keys (1) reached for this subscription type

Instead, I moved the checkmark down and then I went to the digiprove.com to get an API, I copied it and pasted it in the box. Press enter and it moves the check box back to default and gave me the same error.

Furthermore, I tried a bulk digiprove content and it said, “user id not supplied”
WHAT AM I MISSING? I filled in all the boxes!

I think I fixed it, the key was too old and I had to renew, yet, when I changed it, it changed again by itself. It doesn’t match the one on my account at digiprove.com but at least it seems to be bulk certifying.
