    Hi Daniele,

Can you drop me a line at [email protected] so I have your e-mail? I’d like you test a newer version of the plugin before I commit it to the WP repository.

    Thanks.

    Hi Danny

I’ve try the 1.2.3 version without success

    Rgrds, Daniele

Danny, I’m not sure if mine is the same problem or different , but on a new page and another facebook page, I’m getting the following error:

“Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App’s settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App’s domains.”

I tried app domain name without and with “www”, same result.

I did pull in my page ID for personal profile since page site does not pull in an app id.

    Hi G21Partners,

The Site URL you specified in Facebooks Application options does not match the URL of your WordPress website, according to the error Facebook returns.

The Site URL of the application you’re trying to connect to has to match the website URL of your WordPress installation.

@daniele, I’m talking about a different version which I didn’t release yet since I want more thorough testing before releasing (I did some major changes). It would be great if you would be willing to test, just send me an e-mail and I will send you the code.

    Good luck, Danny.

    Hi,

I have exactly same issue. I’ve created new fb app for new site and plugin status is not connected.

I saw the same error, API not connected.

    And have done this:

In the app administration, Settings, Advanced

Require AppSecret Proof for Server API calls: Disabled

It now connects and works. =)

Thank you Leo, hope it helps others too.

All my Facebook applications are pretty old so it might be an issue for users who create new FB apps. I’ll do some testing on it!
