• I have the free version install on my website but the Bring Fraktguide is not successfully connecting to Bring. The price being returned is the Bring API offline / No connection price.

    I’m quite sure I have my API settings set up correctly. Is there something else I can be missing?

    You API settings are most likely wrong @porridgefactory, if you want to email me [email protected] with your API ID/KEY & your site, I’ll be able to help you more. I can’t let you post anything sensitive on this forum.

    @borge77 You need to give me a little more information.

    Going on nothing, I would assume that you’ve selected services that are not available for your API customer number.

    Or, your customer number, email and API key do not match your MyBring account.

    OR you don’t have those three details filled in, which you need now from version 1.6 onwards.

    Let me know if those suggestions don’t work

    * Not sure what services that are available for my api customer number, just know that my organization has an api customer number. Point me in the right direction?

    Matches, but i am confused as to what the customer number is. Have read in the thread about leaving out PARCELS_NORWAY_, so I did. However the field default text includes this.

    Start with the first service on the list, it’s the most commonly used, pakke i postkasse I think..

    The default text will be removed in the next version – But I need some more information about your setup, some screenshots would be great.
