I have created my API key and when I save and go to “Get Started” is say ”
Not authenticated…”. Followed all the setup step. Please provide some direction on dealing with this issue.

    1. Once you filled in ‘API Settings’ go to ‘Settings’ page (NOT ‘Get Started’ page) and click ‘Connect My Google Account’

    2. Copy and paste the code Google generates and paste it into the field ‘Enter Google Access Code here’ and Save it.

When I go to the the Settings tab the page is literally blank there is no fields or buttons for me to fill out or click.

I downloaded version 3.2 from your site and I have problems too. Is this the latest version of the plugin? I have created an API and secret. I only get error messages, both backend and on the albums overview page.

Did you try deactivate and reactivate the plugin?

If that doesn’t help, try deactivating and deleting via the WP Admin -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins.

Then, re-upload and activate plugin files.

Yes, activating and deactivating helps to solve this problem for me.

Looks like deactivating and reactivating did the trick. Was able to connect and images are now displaying. Thank you.

I still can’t work with it.
If I try to connect my Google Account, it gives an error…
Can you please show us the API creation step by step starting from zero?
When you click ‘New Project’ for instance; what’s the next step?…
Which API’s and Services you have to enable?
    Thx!
