    Please, I have a problem and I need your help to solve it.

    I have had problems generating the Mailchimp API. The following message appears when I entered it on the web:

    Mailchimp says: API request error: REST API seems to be disabled in this wordpress site. Please enable to synchronize the data.

    My hosting support send me this fatal error to show you if you know where are the problem of it:

    [26-Apr-2019 07:44:14 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/texglowc/public_html/texglowco.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-mailchimp/includes/class-ss-wc-mailchimp.php:59

    In order to troubleshoot the issue further, please enable logging on the WooCommerce > Settings > Mailchimp screen under the “Troubleshooting” link.

    It sounds like you may have an invalid API key. Please ensure you are retrieving a valid Mailchimp API key for your account from this page: https://admin.mailchimp.com/account/api/

    After doing so, please past that key into the API Key box on the WooCommerce > Settings > Mailchimp screen.

    If you still have issues, please open a ticket here (https://support.saintsystems.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and provide the logging file and system info from the Troubleshooting link referenced above.

    I have the same problem.

    When I copy and paste my Mailchimp API key, I get that error.

    I can’t follow the instruction @saintsystems because there is no Mailchimp in the settings of my woocommerce.

    Where exactly do we go to find the “troubleshooting link” support is referring to? I can go to Woocommerce>Settings OR I can go to Mailchimp plugin, but not to a combined location that leads to a Troubleshooting link in order to enable logging.

    Am having the same issue where it says REST API is disabled, but it’s not. Won’t allow me to enter the Mailchimp API.

    Yo tengo el mismo problema, desde hace días lo estoy intentando solucionar con el soporte de mailchimp… pero nada.
    Me envían siempre las mismas intrucciones. Muy amables, eso sí,… pero no me ayudan a solucionarlo.
    ?por aquí alguien que sepa que hacer con el siguiente error?

    he reinstalado el plug in, creado nuevas API keys..
