API Test Fails, Map Fails

  • I have the exact same problem and have tried for hours.

    I’ve double checked on several accounts, and the Google Static Maps API is on the list – https://postimg.org/image/cmwttmvv3/
    Without it, the map won’t work. Apart from it being a temporary Google issue I don’t have an idea ??

    As a short-term fix – remove the API key from your settings.

    I honestly think that 99% of the problems people are having with the Google API is nothing to do with this Plugin. It’s Google API that is at fault.
    I’ve tried a number of maps and embedding code and the API simply fails, every time!
    Leaving it out cures the problem.

    Thank you for those kind words bloohair! We really do our best to make things easy but Google sometimes doesn’t play along nicely with their constant changes ??
