API test only uses key after saving

The API test (Test API Key button) doesn’t use the entered key unless the settings page is saved. This goes against the expectations of the user, that the test uses the entered key without saving. This also makes more sense as one doesn’t want to save a faulty API key and test it first.

* The same issue occurs with the Location Types selection. Only after saving the settings page, the filter will be used. The user doesn’t expect this.
