    I’ve attempted to set up my API as instructed, but there is no way of telling the API to restrict it to the Places API. There is no such thing as “Places API” in the dropdown where you indicate.

    Instead I have several BigQuery options, various Cloud Options and Service Management and Service Usage. So I have just set it up with no restriction.

    I have added the Places ID and the API key to the plugin.

    But now I am getting the following message

    { “error_message”: “This API project is not authorized to use this API.”, “html_attributions”: [], “status”: “REQUEST_DENIED” }

    The IP address added is exactly the one you told me to add. The API key is obviously correct too. So I don’t understand what the problem is here, and I can’t attach screen shots to illustrate anything.

    It’s OK it seems I had to manually add the PLaces API to the project and now everything working fine, thanks

    @adamford You will need to add “Places API” to the list of APIs in your account. This forms part of the documented installation.

    Thanks for updated the status as other people sometimes miss this step.
