As a piece of advice, your support requests are much more likely to be noticed if they are created as new support requests here, rather than attached to somebody else’s prior request.
Most likely, you’re experiencing some kind of fatal error in your WordPress admin; although I can’t begin to guess what it could be. What version of WordPress are you running?
The latest version of WP to Twitter has been out for several weeks with no reports of white screen problems, so as long as your installation meets the basic requirements, I have no reason to assume that the problem is directly associated with WP to Twitter; although it could be a conflict between WP to Twitter and some other plug-in.
