Apostrophe aren't escaped in french language file

    Hello,

    In the french language files, apostrophes aren’t escaped and it breaks javascript when translations are used with it.

    For example, the french translation for “See the complete submit log” isn’t escaped so we can’t see the submit log since the javascript link is broken.
