Apostrophe in category description

If in the description of the category, we use the apostrophe, the result obtained in the source code of the page is a backslash ( \ ) + $#039; ( ‘ )

The backslash is too much and appears in search engine results.

Example: l’acteur = l\$#039;acteur (replace $ with &)

Missing a stripslashes() but where?
