Apostrophe in Title ONLY on main post page

I am having problems with a blog post where on the main page, the apostrophe is not showing on the title of the main post page.
The blog page, which just shows the excerpt, does have the correct title.
The editor also shows the title.

Does anyone know what I can do to correct it not showing on the main post?

I see other topics about a bug not outputting properly but none seem related, since in this case the apostrophe is fine both in the editor and on the primary blog page. It’s only on its own post page that its not working.

I even thought about trying to edit it in the database, but the post in question appears to have the correct title there as well.
