    I’ve double-checked this is not an issue with the data sent from our checkout fields plugin – when apostrophes are displayed in emails it displays as “Example\’s”

    Hello @henrybaum,

    I’ve tested the email designer on my site by adding apostrophes to the body text and additional content and everything worked as expected. Here is a screenshot of apostrophes in an email received from the designer. The apostrophes worked in the customizer and the email.

    Please follow the steps in Kadence’s troubleshooting article, including clearing your cache and checking for plugin conflicts.
