Apostrophe values omitted from filter dropdowns

What version of UM are you using?

I just tested it with the latest version and I didn’t encounter the issue.

Latest version, @champsupertramp (v2.1.2). Have attempted with different theme. Have deactivated all remaining plugins. Have created an entirely new field with new values. Problem continues. Any value with an apostrophe (‘) or quotation marks (“) does not appear in the filter dropdown. It appears in all other areas. Problem appears only in the filter dropdown which leads me to believe it’s JS related.

Dropdown fields (as opposed to checkbox fields) have same issue.

This has been fixed in the pre-release version and will be pushed on the next release.

@champsupertramp Not only has the code correction fixed the issue, the search and filtering speeds have increased significantly (particularly searching). If anyone claims to be experiencing a slow AJAX response time, this may be the underlying cause.
