App Doesn't Show New Posts

I added this plugin a few hours before publishing a new post. My new post won’t show up in the mobile version, but it will if I go to my browser window and choose to view as desktop. The plugin also won’t get rid of the stupid *WP Mobile Edition pages even though I’ve completely deleted them. Something is wrong where it doesn’t update to reflect changes. I’ve cleared my cache, restarted my phone and tried different things in the plugin settings. Nothing works.
