App I’d missing

I’m not sure what to do now. I created a developer account and copied the app ID into the plugin settings.
The picture has a green check mark so I assume it’s the correct size. I have debugger and scrubbed a bunch of times.
The site title and description is showing up but no image.

Apparently there’s something wrong with your image. If you run the URL through the Facebook debugger (https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mushroomhole.com%2F) you’ll see a message:
Provided og:image, https://www.mushroomhole.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/PicsArt_09-28-05.52.24.png could not be downloaded. This can happen due to several different reasons such as your server using unsupported content-encoding. The crawler accepts deflate and gzip content encodings.
