    Hi,

    Thank you for you for purchasing the premium version. Unfortunately, I’m no allowed to support it via these forums, please contact me at [email protected]. Do include the url to the website so I can check it out and see what the problem is.

    I do have some common suggestions you can try.
    1. Is the Apps domains set to your website and the Site Url as well (make sure to either use www. or omit on both settings depending to which one your WordPress installation canonically redirects.
    2. Make sure to clear the cache and that you are not connected to the app.
