App ID & Secret not saving

I installed the plugin and when I enter my App ID and App Secret it doesn’t save. When I access the general page they don’t appear there, is it suppose to do that? Is this the reason why I don’t see all the features under the Facebook tab. I only see the General, Like, Send, Follow Button subtabs. I’ve already tried Activating/Deactivating the plugin as well as reinstalling it and the other features don’t appear.
