App ID to be entered for ANY user?

Hi, I wonder why all users have to enter the FB App-ID and App-Secret fields?
I, the Admin, have already done this and set it up. But I now see that, when logging in with my “Author”-account, I have to do this again? I checked this also with other accounts/users: all of them have to do this?
I consider this as a serious & major bug, please solve this asap !
And no, I have not added those users in the Admin-fields while setting up the plugin.
