App not scrolling

  • Having uploaded my first application to google play, these are some things I could not solve:

    – In some screens resolutions, the application does not scroll vertically
    (something that happens 10% of users and so reported in the comments of google play, which limits them to not use the entire application)

    I tried to solve it by setting high but could not, have any recommendations?
    This only happens in some androids, not pc.
