App Store does not work

  • Hi!
    I have a problem with the app store giving me this error:

    Warning: tempnam(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (/membri/gameportal/:/membri2/gameportal/:/membri/.dummy/) in /membri/gameportal/wp-content/plugins/wp-appbox/inc/getappinfo.class.php on line 433

    Warning: unlink(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File() is not within the allowed path(s): (/membri/gameportal/:/membri2/gameportal/:/membri/.dummy/) in /membri/gameportal/wp-content/plugins/wp-appbox/inc/getappinfo.class.php on line 459

    I have also used the plugin before and it always gave me this kind of error!

    Hi thanks for the answer but I didn’t understand how to solve it, I read the steps but I’m not that experienced!

    In general this plugin gives me problems it cannot find the ID of a specific app !!
    He tells me this with a php error praxis:

    The app was not found in the store. ??

    The error is based on the server configuration. tempnam() and unlink() must be allowed for open_basedir. But only you or the server provider can change that. I don’t have any possibilities to change the configuration in the plugin – but they are needed for the correct operation.
