Apparent Coding Errors and Deficiencies With Theme

Hello experts.
We designed and built a new Website, https://urbaneresidentialgroup.com, using your THBusiness WP Theme. Although we were led to believe that WordPress was very easy to work with, so far our experience has proven anything but that to be true. We have tried every kind of PlugIn know to man to overcome the errors, but to no avail. Many break the Site altogether and then of course we have to reload the backup of the Site and start over. We have been at this since November and are really getting frustrated, so we figured we better write to you for some help. We love the Theme overall, but are really maddened by its’ lack of functionality. In any event, perhaps there is a bug or two which you can easily repair, I am not sure. I’ll try to describe the problems we are experiencing.
When we run an SEO site check https://nibbler.silktide.com/en/reports/urbaneresidentialgroup.com, among other things, it is reporting that the ‘Code quality’ is very poor. See below:

HOW TO FIX

For this task you can use an online CSS minifier like YUI Compressor or cssmin.js.Admittedly, I am lost, as to what to do to fix these issues. We’ve tried everything under the sun since November 2014 and it only seems to end in more frustration. Is this a Template or Teme defect, or is it caused by something we are doing/not doing, and/or, is it a more common or overall problem with other people as well?
