Apparent conflict between native WC Coupon and WC Bulk Discount plugin

Hi Rene,

First, I want to thank you for developing this plugin. It has allowed me to set up the bulk discounts that are unique to my friend’s business. Strangely, however, I’m running into an issue. There appears to be a conflict between the WooCommerce Bulk Discount plugin and the native WooCommerce Coupon functionality. The WooCommerce coupon discount (e.g., 10%) is being applied to the original non-bulk price instead of the bulk discount price. Please click here to view a screen capture that clearly shows this. You’ll notice the coupon is being applied to a $150 sub-total, which should actually be a $100 sub-total after bulk discount. When I remove the coupon from the cart I notice the sub-total revert to the correct amount.
