Have recently seen attempted and failed logins where the username was “” (which should be impossible).

However, to my surprise, one of the attempted logins was classified as a successful login (coloured also green, meaning human) but using the username “”.
    This was the link provided:
Munich, Germany left https://WEBSITE/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2FWEBSITE%2Fwp-… and logged in successfully as “”. https://WEBSITE/wp-login.php

The accompanying IP address was mine. The login time was within my working hours. The browser used was also mine. I have done a scan of all files and there have been no changes made. The database does not have any unknown users. Needless to say “” is not my username, but it looks like I logged out and logged in to my own site using that username. Or have I actually been hacked?

Hello @lernerleben and thanks for reaching out to us!

This sounds like your browser cache that hit the site. It’s nothing to worry about as everything matches your login.

If you wanted to send the screenshot of your Live Traffic hit EXPANDED to wftest @ wordfence.com with subject as your forum username, I can look at it for you.

    Thanks!
