Apparent successful login with “”

Have recently seen attempted and failed logins where the username was “” (which should be impossible).
However, to my surprise, one of the attempted logins was classified as a successful login (coloured also green, meaning human) but using the username “”.
This was the link provided:
Munich, Germany left https://WEBSITE/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2FWEBSITE%2Fwp-… and logged in successfully as “”. https://WEBSITE/wp-login.phpThe accompanying IP address was mine. The login time was within my working hours. The browser used was also mine. I have done a scan of all files and there have been no changes made. The database does not have any unknown users. Needless to say “” is not my username, but it looks like I logged out and logged in to my own site using that username. Or have I actually been hacked?
