    Hello,

    I’m using Subscribe2 ver. 9.4. Up until last week or so, it was working perfectly for me. Recently, I’ve received complaints from some of my subscribers that they are not receiving recent blog entries. I suspect none of them are receiving the notifications. I went to the settings tab, and I have the following red-tagged msg. at the top, “You appear to be sending notifications from [my personal aol email address], which has a different domain name than your blog server https://www.jfowlerphotography.com. This may result in failed emails.”

    Today, I tried to send an email (via the Send Email link of Subscribe2) to all users and subscribers, but no one received it, including me.

    I do not know how to fix this problem. Unfortunately, I need some hand-holding. I am not a coder, and don’t know how to proceed. My site is https://www.jfowlerphotography.com and is hosted by Lunarpages.

    Thanks for the donation. We need to fix that warning message in the first instance. Do you have an email address the ends in @jfowlerphotography.com? If not you need to create one (ask your hosting provider for help if needed). If you do then I can use that as your personal email in your user account in WordPress or create a new user using that email address. Then visit the Subscribe2->Settings page and choose that user name to act as the email sender for Subscribe2.
