    Hi,

The ‘category’ condition requires all products in the cart to have the given category before the condition matches. So if there are two or more products in the cart with different categories, the rate won’t show up.

If you want to only apply free shipping to certain product you may want to read further about this here: jeroensormani.com/apply-free-shipping-for-specific-products-in-woocommerce/

    Cheers,

Yes, all products are already categorized, but when I add to the cart, a product that does not have free shipping, at the end of the purchase it adds the freight of the 2.
    Rule: https://i.imgur.com/R88E6Cg.png

Product ok free shipping working name is “Frete Grátis”: https://i.imgur.com/JLGBpZ7.png
    all right!

    Products without shipping rules: https://i.imgur.com/ZWVkKfw.png
    OK

    HERE MY PROBLEM https://i.imgur.com/0GpWzwv.png
Product that has free shipping rule + product without rule, freight added added together, would have to appear only “product freight without rule” ??

    Hi,

My answer stays the same as the above. The free shipping option is no longer showing due to the ‘Category’ condition.

Whichever plugin you’re using for the freight cost is setup to calculate on both.
Checkout the blog post for a possible solution by splitting the cart into two packages, possibly by using the Advanced Shipping Packages?plugin.

    Cheers,
    Jeroen
