appear on posts & background image

I just got the trial.
I am unable to do the following:

1. Set it so popup appears on posts. I saw the screen image that you posted in response to this question on an earlier post. It didn’t work.

2. Set the background image. I tried uploading it, but image would not transfer to the popup.
