appear the pages.php on pages admin screen

  • hello, im converting html files to wordpress,
    i’ve created index.php,about.php, contact.php and support.php on my theme file so I need to appear this pages on pages admin screen on wordpress because my client need to edit it, so whats needed to make it appear? .. Please note: any link for pages on header its linked with php script like:

    <li><a>">Home</a></li>
<li><a>">about us</a></li>
<li><a>">contact us</a></li>
<li><a>">support</a></li>
