Appearance changed published, not showing correctly

I have the Septura Theme for www.ads-software.com. I’ve updated the Appearance and published it. However, the main first page, when look at on a Desktop PC(not apple), still shows incorrected with a post date of 3/30/23, not todays date of 4/18/23. I tried clearing my wordpress cache and browser cach, but it still shows wrong. However, the mobile phone version front page looks correct. Any idea how to fix this? Thank You, in advance!
