Appearance changes no longer taking effect

I originally set everything up just fine but when testing things, I noticed that the font was in UPPERCASE and too small…even after I’ve selected a different font when created a post.

I’ve tried to change the font, the font size and noticed that even the color settings won’t change.

I’ve flushed the cache at both cloudflare’s end and on the website itself.
This is a multisite installation but it was set up as a multisite and all the original appearance settings, structure, etc was set after most of the site was completed so it’s not a multisite issue.

I’ve no idea why any of the APPEARANCE settings have stopped working (the structure settings work just fine).
