Appearance customization and editors stopped working on child theme

  • Hello,

    I’ve made wp-Ocean child theme some time ago. Everything was ok but yesterday I’ve noticed that theme appearance customization and editors like elementor or wpforms stopped working (I got blank page). When I swith to parent theme everything is ok. What could couse that situation? As I mentioned before everything worked fine on child theme and I don’t know why suddenly it stopped working.

    Since you have many customizations in the child theme on your website, please do the steps below and recheck your issue and let us know the results.

    Troubleshooting child theme:
    1- Remove all customization on the child theme.
    2- add your customization one by one to the child theme.
    3- After adding each customization code, check your issue

    Note 1: in the staging website, if you have a cache plugin or server cache. You need to clear its cache contents or disable them.

    Note 2: Please get a full backup from your website before it.
