Appearance Customize not showing hex value

Hi,

I would like to use some of the colours in this website for another site, but when I log into Appearance> Customise >Header and navigation >Secondary menu bar to find the #hex value for the background colour, it just shows the colour and a hatched box where I would expect the #hex value.
