Appearance menu page list issue

After installing the plugin and created new post statuses, in the Appearance -> Menu page list I get a notice:
Trying to get property “post_status” on non-object on line 126 of admin/class-extended-post-status-admin.php

I solved with:
if($post) {
…
}

wrapping all the operations of the foreach…
Hope this will be fixed in the next version.
