Appearance Not Changing After Saving

Hi there, 

I have installed and set up Complianz for Canada (free version). However, the appearance is not changing, for example the buttons are still blue even when I change the colour, and more importantly a minimized button (instead of a pop up notification) appears on the bottom right hand side instead of in the center despite me saving it. I wonder what is going on, as I thought it was going to be a much bigger pop up notification in the center as that was the setting I saved it as?
