Appearance of admin panel for authors by default

    I’m engaged in the introduction of functionality for editors, which will allow them to create new publications safely. I hid all the extra blocks with a special add-on, but I can not solve one task.

    On the page for adding an entry, there is a “Screen Adjustment” block, which allows authors to customize the display of available blocks by default. I can hide this section, but I need to make sure that all authors include only certain blocks by default, so that they can not change them. How can this be realized?

    Please, do not suggest not to let the authors into the admin panel or anything like that. I need to configure the default appearance of the admin panel for authors.
