Appearance – Text Widget not updating

Does the new text disappears from the Widget in the Admin page, or just does not show up on the Site page.

If it actually disappears from the Admin Appearance > Widget > Text widget you have an installation problem, or a plugin that is interfering. You can try reading

and you should also deactivate all plugin and try again to see if one is interfering.

If the changed text is there in the Admin interface but does not show up on your site, make sure to clear your cache, both browser, and cache plugin if you are using one.
