Appeares only background at the second click

Hello,
we have popups with forms (button at the bottom of a page, gradient section). Triggering is manual, cookies are 0. With a first click is everything good. But when I close the popup and click one more time, I see only background but no popup. Help us please! We like your plugin.

P.S. We have Autoptimize plugin but deactivation didn’t help.
