Append to all URLs works only partially

    I am trying to set up the GCLID to be added to all the links on a website I’m working on. It is a coupons/deals test website. On the homepage and any other pages that list the deals, their URL has the GCLID properly added.

    However, the part that is important to me, when going to a deal page, the URL that leads from my website to the destination does not have the GCLID added. I noticed it is the same for the header and footer (althought I don’t require the GCLID in those).

    The only place where I need the GCLID are those links, but I can’t just paste links from your example with shortcodes, since it is a theme option with a text field for the url on each deal. So I figured it might be easier if I just enable it on the whole website.

    Any idea what might be the issue? The theme that I’m using is CouponHut.

    As of version 2.5.4, CouponHut theme support has been added.

    Please update the plugin to the latest and let us know if it resolves the problem you are having.
