    I need to edit this text:

    This is in a class called appended-text which is rendered as part of the shortcode.

    I found similar settings within the Settings > Application Form, but nothing to change that text. Am I missing something?

    That’s not part of the plugin so can’t really help.

    Somebody has set this up as part of your installation so you maybe need to contact the people who built the site for you.
