appending a page url to a form or link in a custom php page

dont think the code showed correctly
so

/tiny.php”>Link to tiny

<a href="<?php bloginfo('template_url');?>/tiny.php">Link to tiny</a>

I have it working but not sure if this is the best way, but for the record if it can help anyone else.

<p>Link to tiny test page</p>
<?php
$my_url=get_bloginfo('template_url').'/tiny.php';
echo $my_url;
?>
<a href="<?php ('$my_url');?>">Link to tiny</a>

I spoke too soon. Can anyone help please
